  • 1.一个大雪花梨清洗干净;
  • 2.削皮;
  • 3.3. 切小块,也可用挖球器挖出小球,看着更有趣味;
  • 4.雪梨球和干红葡萄酒倒入炖杯;酒量不固定,可多可少,用普通的红葡萄酒也可;
  • 5.用电炖杯的“炖甜品”程序,1.8小时,也可根据时间和喜欢的口感进行其它程序的选择,没有这种电炖杯,小火熬煮至雪梨酥烂就成;
  • 6.增加点儿甜的口感,临出锅前20分钟左右,放3粒冰糖同炖;
  • 7.煮好的雪梨呈酒红色,煮得时间越久,颜色越漂亮;
  • 8.热吃口感发酸,还烫嘴;凉吃口感清甜,爽口,但梨性凉,脾胃虚的人不宜凉吃;温吃最佳,既有红酒的香味,又不会伤害脾胃;摆个葡萄串的造型,增加乐趣。
