Steps to make 豆角焖面

  • 1.准备:豆角,蒜末,瘦肉切片放姜丝,酱油,胡椒粉,生粉,油抓匀腌制一会儿,刀削面。
  • 2.热锅放油,下瘦肉。
  • 3.炒香后先盛盘备用。
  • 4.锅里还有底油放入蒜末,豆角。
  • 5.炒一下下。
  • 6.放入适量的水,把刀削面铺在表面,盖好盖子中火焖煮五分钟。
  • 7.然后把瘦肉放入,调酱油。
  • 8.盖好盖子继续焖煮至面条熟透大约五分钟左右(这刀削面挺耐煮的)。
  • 9.打开盖子看到汤汁收得差不多翻炒均匀即可装盘。
