紫薯月饼
中秋要到了,比起外面买的月饼不如自己亲手做的,圆圆的月饼代表我对亲人的思念,吃到心里的都是幸福甜蜜……

  • 百花蜂蜜用量500g
  • 紫薯用量600g
  • 鸡蛋用量2个

Steps to make 紫薯月饼

  • 1.大家都看见了,用的材料,中筋面粉,紫薯,蜂蜜,冰糖,油,还有鸡蛋两颗。
  • 2.把紫薯蒸熟,压成烂的,加入冰糖或蜂蜜200g都可以看各人口味。
  • 3.800g的面粉里加入400g油和300g蜂蜜,搅拌成面团,搅拌要均匀。
  • 4.我做的是大的,油面70g紫薯50g各揉成团。
  • 5.把油面压扁像包子皮再把紫薯心放中间,外包里再揉成团。
  • 6.油皮包住紫薯心,再揉成大团,要光滑。
  • 7.塞进磨具,底朝下。
  • 8.压出月饼型,放在烤盆里,烤盆下面要放油纸。
  • 9.先在表面喷点水,再放烤箱烤,烤箱要先预热3分钟200度,再放进去烤10分钟200度。
  • 10.时间到了拿出来,把两鸡蛋打匀,用刷子把蛋液刷在月饼表面一层,侧边一圈和表面都要刷均匀。
  • 11.放烤箱15分钟200度,时间到再取出刷第二遍蛋液,和上次一样刷均匀,再放烤箱15分钟200度,喜欢颜色深的可以18分钟200度。
  • 12.一定要等月饼冷了在切来吃,月饼的型比较坚固。
