  • 蜂蜜15克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 杏仁薄片

  • 1.材料:杏仁片:60克、高筋粉:10克、淡奶油:15克、蜂蜜:15克、细砂糖:40克、黄油:25克
  • 2.制作:1.淡奶油,蜂蜜,细砂糖和黄油一起倒入融化碗里用小火加热并不断的搅拌使黄油和糖溶解
  • 3.2.煮沸腾后继续煮1分钟离火后,立即倒入高筋粉和杏仁片
  • 4.3.用刮刀拌均匀
  • 5.4.用小勺舀出少量面糊,放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,用勺背把面糊摊平,面糊的间距要大于5里面
  • 6.5.放入烤箱,上下火180度烤9分钟左右,烤至面糊完全摊开表面呈金黄色即可出炉,出炉后温热的时候用圈形模具刻出圆形,冷却后即可食用
