Steps to make 松脆可口的小卷饼

  • 1.将面粉,糖,盐,酵母,加水揉成光滑的面团。多揉几次,使面团充满弹性。然后加入软化的黄油,刚开始比较沾手,用力的揉,直到揉到能拉伸出透光的膜就可以了,然后放在一个容器中,盖上保鲜膜发酵半小时。发酵后的面的体积大概是以前的2倍。
  • 2.将发酵好的面取出,压出里面的气体,再次揉好,松弛一下。
  • 3.本人偷懒了,直接从面上揪一小块,然后在面板上搓成长条。
  • 4.拿面的两头扭一下,中间形成一个圈,将2个脚搭在面圈上。由于面比较软,注意整形。
  • 5.在面圈上刷上一层蛋黄液,然后将正面放到粗砂糖里沾一下,让表面沾满粗砂糖。
  • 6.放入预热好的烤箱里,170度,大概烤15分钟左右。注意观察火候,烤的时间的长短根据自己烤箱的情况和你做的面包圈的大小决定,不能一概而论。
