  • 1.糯米提前泡四小时。

  • 4.热锅放油,下腊肉粒小火煸炒。
  • 5.炒出油脂及香味。
  • 6.放入虾米,瑶柱炒一会儿。
  • 7.再放香菇炒香。
  • 8.调点酱油炒均即可。
  • 9.糯米饭煮好了。
  • 10.趁热先将饭松一松。
  • 11.然后将炒好的食材,还有花生米,香菜,淋少许酱油,搅拌均匀。
  • 12.糯米饭要趁热吃,糯米饭是暖胃的,吃了暖笠笠。
