  • 1.准备的原料。
  • 2.高筋粉加清水80克,黄油20克,酵母2克揉成光滑的面团,醒发40分钟左右。
  • 3.牛肉,虾仁切丁,加盐,料酒,黑胡椒粉,生粉拌匀腌制10分钟。
  • 4.醒发好的 面团擀成薄面皮。
  • 5.用个大碗划出披萨底。(不这样做也可以)。
  • 6.披萨底上用叉子戳出洞洞眼,继续醒发20分钟左右。
  • 7.剩下的黄油加热。
  • 8.加入腌制好的牛肉虾仁。
  • 9.大火翻炒变色就可以。
  • 10.醒好的饼底涂上一层番茄沙司,撒点芝士。
  • 11.铺上牛肉虾仁。
  • 12.再铺上一层芝士。
  • 13.烤箱180度预热。中层烤制15分钟。
