香菇油菜

Steps to make 香菇油菜

  • 1.准备洗净的鲜香菇和油菜
  • 2.香菇切花刀:在香菇表面一端,用小刀从一侧斜切,如图
  • 3.再用小刀从另一侧斜切,切成浅V形。按照这样的刀法,切“米”字或“十”字形状。如图
  • 4.给所有香菇切花刀
  • 5.油菜对半切,再洗一下油菜根部的杂质。
  • 6.老规矩水里放盐放油,焯一下
  • 7.把油菜摆盘,如图
  • 8.油热放葱、姜、蒜、辣椒、蚝油炒香
  • 9.放香菇炒。
  • 10.适量来点水,放盐,盖上锅盖把香菇煮熟。最后淀粉勾芡收汁儿,放胡椒粉、香油,搅匀。
  • 11.把香菇倒在油菜盘上即可。
