    Steps to make 白菜素水饺

    • 1.普通面粉分次倒入适量清水活成软硬适中的面团静置二十分钟备用。
    • 2.大白菜洗净。
    • 3.剁碎。
    • 4.放入盆里,加一小勺盐杀出水分。
    • 5.两个鸡蛋打散。
    • 6.炒成鸡蛋碎盛出备用。
    • 7.葱姜末备用。
    • 8.把剁好的白菜攥干,和其他材料一起放入盆里。
    • 9.加入香油,蚝油,玉米油,鸡精,五香粉,酱油,盐。
    • 10.拌匀就可以啦。
    • 11.面团揉匀揪成均匀的剂子,擀成饺子皮。
    • 12.依次做好所有的饺子。
    • 13.锅内注水烧开,放入饺子煮至全部浮起,三四分钟就差不多了。
    • 14.装盘。
