清蒸鲈鱼
这是我第一次自己做鱼~以前是因为腥不喜欢吃~而且家里都炖的特别久~所以不是很喜欢吃鱼。不过今天科里一个大夫教我做了清蒸鲈鱼,然后我就实验了,还很成功,味道相当鲜美~~~

  • 葱丝多量
  • 葱段若干
  • 姜片若干
  • 蒜末多量
  • 李锦记蒸鱼豉油50ML
  • 一勺

Steps to make 清蒸鲈鱼

  • 1.买河鲈鱼(活的)1条~收拾干净,去净鱼鳞和腮。将鲈鱼背切三刀(背,身体左右各一刀)用手抹盐,沥干放置。切葱丝、葱段、姜片、蒜末
  • 2.锅里放水,放入葱段和姜片,烧开
  • 3.放入鱼,水能没过鱼。大火煮开然后小火炖10分钟,用筷子一扎就透就可以了
  • 4.将鱼捞出,放入盘中(深一点的盘),小心勿弄碎~勿带水。鱼背撒上葱丝(也可加蒜末)
  • 5.锅里放油(炒菜的三倍)烧热至冒烟~浇到鱼身上~淋入李锦记蒸鱼豉油~出锅~虽然卖相不好,但是味道超级鲜美哦~~
