双皮奶

Steps to make 双皮奶

  • 1.牛奶到入碗中。
  • 2.盖上保鲜膜,蒸十分钟。
  • 3.蒸牛奶的时候,把蛋清蛋黄分离。
  • 4.蛋清加一勺白糖搅打均匀。
  • 5.搅拌好的样子。
  • 6.牛奶出锅稍微晾凉,上面已有一层薄薄得奶皮了。
  • 7.用小刀或者小勺子在奶皮边上轻轻划开一个小口子。
  • 8.一边掀开奶皮,一边将奶皮下面的牛奶缓慢的倒出(不要全倒完,留一点在碗底,是奶皮漂浮着),倒出的牛奶与之前准备好的蛋清混合均匀。最好过滤一下。
  • 9.再将上一步的液体从小口倒回牛奶碗中,也就是奶皮下面。
  • 10.盖上保鲜膜上蒸锅蒸十分钟。
  • 11.盖上保鲜膜上蒸锅蒸十分钟。
  • 12.取出再放上枸杞点缀一下,也可以放红豆,蓝莓,葡萄干都行。
