看到薄灰的曲奇,感觉样子很好看,方子也特别,其中用到了高粉和玉米淀粉,所以就赶紧收了。正好女儿舞蹈班有一个公益演出,准备给她带点小零食,她的好朋友说想吃我做的饼干,那就做这个奶油曲奇吧。做出来的曲奇饼干真的是入口即化,非常酥香,小朋友们很喜欢哦。

  • 糖粉75克
  • 高粉150克
  • 玉米淀粉75克
  • 香草精几滴
  • 全蛋液45克

Steps to make 奶油曲奇

  • 1.黄油软化后打至顺滑。
  • 2.加入糖粉
  • 3.打发至颜色变浅,体积稍有膨大。
  • 4.加入香草精,分三次加入蛋液。每次都要等蛋液与黄油完全融合后再加。
  • 5.搅打均匀。
  • 6.筛入高粉和玉米淀粉的混合物。
  • 7.用刮刀拌匀。湿润即可,不要搅拌过度。
  • 8.装入裱花带中,挤出花纹。
  • 9.烤箱预热,中层,180度15分钟即可。(温度根据自家烤箱调节)
