    Steps to make 热干面

    • 1.准备碱面条
    • 2.下入开水锅中煮至八分熟,拌上香油挑散,放通风处晾凉。
    • 3.准备好五香料。
    • 4.水开后,放入锅中煮10分钟制成料水。
    • 5.滤出大料,加盐,白糖,鸡精有个底味,晾凉备用。
    • 6.麻酱用香油澥开。
    • 7.香葱切碎、萝卜咸菜切丁、酸豆角切丁、花生米炒酥后擀成花生碎
    • 8.黄瓜切小丁(一般都放绿豆芽,我用的黄瓜。)
    • 9.来个大集合,呵呵,感觉像是卖饭的一样。
    • 10.取深盘或碗一个,舀入些料水,放上些黄瓜丁或绿豆芽备用。
    • 11.晾好的面条取一人份放在漏勺里下入开水锅中烫一下。
    • 12.倒入盘中。
    • 13.吃时拌匀。可根据个人口味添加香醋和辣椒油。
