由于心中一直长草各种立体造型,那么今年就以小鸡造型开始,然后慢慢的尝试其他造型。

  • 巧克力65克
  • 淡奶油40克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 糖粉100克

  • 1.淡奶油+黄油煮至沸腾,关火
  • 2. 趁热加入巧克力
  • 3. 用刮刀搅拌,待巧克力完全融化
  • 4. 蛋白分两次加糖粉打至硬性发泡状,如图提起打蛋头有尖角形成
  • 5. 在温温的步骤3中加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 6.一次性倒入混合过筛后的粉类(低粉+可可粉)
  • 7.分两次拌入打发的蛋白
  • 8.动作快速的将面糊拌匀
  • 9.倒入模具,轻震几下,磕出气泡,150度烘焙50分钟
  • 10. 蛋糕脱模后切成两块,小的放在大的上面,然后稍稍修剪的圆润些,忘了拍图
  • 11.奶油霜打松发待用
  • 12. 一片蛋糕,一层奶油霜
  • 13.用叶片裱花嘴349号或者352号挤出全身羽毛,在修剪下来的的蛋糕坯中切出圆形做眼睛
  • 14.调出金黄色,用16号或者其他型号的星星裱花嘴挤出嘴巴和头顶
  • 15. 在盘子的四周用巧克力甘那许挤出树枝状
  • 16. 放上裱好的水仙花,绿叶,撒糖珠做装饰
