核桃巧克力棒
这款巧克力小饼干,上面一层是软的,下面一层是酥脆的,在脱模的时候要注意底部,底部很酥脆很容易弄碎的。

  • 核桃仁50克
  • 黄油25克
  • 清水90克
  • 可可粉25克
  • 细砂糖80克
  • 香草精数滴
  • 1茶匙
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 糖粉少许

Steps to make 核桃巧克力棒

  • 1.核桃仁放烤箱180度烤2分钟。
  • 2.准备巧克力棒材料,50核桃仁、50克细砂糖、100低筋面粉、90黄油。
  • 3.烤熟的核桃仁取出放凉,然后入料理机,加入几茶匙糖再打碎。
  • 4.低筋面粉放入大碗内加入剩余的糖混合均匀。
  • 5.黄油放室温软化,切成丁,放入低筋面粉内。
  • 6.用手把低筋面粉搅动混合,做成面民渣状。
  • 7.加入打搅碎的核桃碎。
  • 8.再揉成面团。
  • 9.烤盘底下铺上油纸,倒入核桃面团,用手压平。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,放中层烤25分钟。
  • 11.再做顶部装饰材料,25克黄油、90克清水、25克可可粉、80克细砂糖、香草精、盐、鸡蛋2个。
  • 12.黄油和清水放小锅内,上炉子小火加热,黄油溶化后加入细砂糖,煮至细砂糖完全溶化。
  • 13.再加入可可粉。
  • 14.拌至可可粉完全溶化,然后关火,加入香草精和盐,放凉冷却5分钟。
  • 15.加入鸡蛋液,边倒边搅拌。
  • 16.直到完全融合。
  • 17.将巧克力糊倒入烤好饼底里。
  • 18.把模具轻振几下。
  • 19.再次入烤箱烤20分钟,烤至表面凝固即可出炉。
  • 20.出炉待凉透后撒上糖粉,即可切块食用。
