花生糖
很喜欢吃又香又甜又酥的花生糖,咬一口是满口的香甜。平时很少做因为太甜了,不敢多吃。这不眼看过年了才做了一些,留着自己吃和待客用。

年三十的年夜饭就用上了,家里的亲戚都说好吃,还以为是买的那,我说是我自己做的,呵呵他们都不敢置信。但是还是相信我的能力了`(*∩_∩*)′。一口同声的说好吃。听到赞扬我的心里即使不吃花生糖也感到香甜无比了。

我这个花生糖是在特百惠店里学的。

Steps to make 花生糖

  • 1.花生米称重
  • 2.入微波炉中火烤制5分钟,中间翻动两次
  • 3.绵白糖称重
  • 4.烤好的花生米
  • 5.放入特百惠手动绞碎机里
  • 6.盖住盖另一只手拉动链接里面的手柄3次左右即可
  • 7.绞碎的花生米
  • 8.对比一下
  • 9.拨出去花生皮
  • 10.特百惠锅里放上白糖
  • 11.电磁炉用小火
  • 12.用铲子轻轻搅动见上面有冒泡即刻下入和花生碎搅拌
  • 13.搅拌好的花生碎取出放面板上
  • 14.用两只刀整理成型
  • 15.用擀面杖擀成5~8毫米厚的片
  • 16.用刀切成15毫米宽的条
  • 17.再切成方块
  • 18.切好的花生糖
