  • 茯苓10g
  • 红豆12g
  • 薏仁8g
  • 红枣5个
  • 老姜1块
  • 3勺
  • 料酒1小勺

Steps to make 茯苓猪骨汤

  • 1.备好食材:猪骨洗净斩断、其他食材全部洗干净备用;
  • 2.煮锅里放入清水、猪骨、姜片、料酒煮开,将猪骨捞出,用流动清水冲洗干净;
  • 3.炖盅里放入猪骨、茯苓、红豆、薏仁、姜片;
  • 4.加够足量的清水;
  • 5.启动“炖汤”程序,时间设置为2个小时;
  • 6.炖汤时,将莲藕削皮洗净后,切块;
  • 7.90分钟后,放入莲藕继续炖;
  • 8.30分钟后,放入红枣继续炖;
  • 9.5分钟后,调入盐;
  • 10.营养美味的【茯苓猪骨汤】做好了。
