那么好吃——《咸鸭蛋焗南瓜》
我真是太孝顺的孩子了,大早起来做了咸鸭蛋焗南瓜,还做了不少,一碗。
然后呢,因为太好吃了,不忍心吃掉,留了一大半给我家还在睡熟的老王
了。下班我一到家老王就冲上来问我做的焗南瓜咋这么好吃,哈哈。
虽然早餐没吃饱有点不爽,但也值啦~

这个菜特简单,但真的是特好吃,又咸又甜的,咸的有味,甜的刚好,很混搭,
很入味,很销魂呐~~~

  • 1.1)将南瓜洗净去皮切成小段,撒一勺盐,腌渍出水分。
  • 2.2)取鸭蛋的蛋黄,放入小碗中,用勺子捣碎成泥。
  • 3.3)沥干南瓜的水分,倒入生淀粉,用手抓取,使每根南瓜都沾满淀粉。
  • 4.4)油锅做热,倒入花生油,要倒得多一点,五分热时放入沾满淀粉的南瓜条,炸制变色即可。
  • 5.5)捞出南瓜,留少许底油,倒入蛋黄,翻炒。
  • 6.6)待蛋黄起泡沫时加入南瓜条,加入一勺盐和糖,翻炒片刻即可出锅。
