Steps to make 烧仙草

  • 1.牛奶放锅中煮至微开
  • 2.放入一包红茶,浸泡30分钟成奶茶
  • 3.将奶茶倒入碗中
  • 4.放凉至50度左右加入二汤匙蜜蜂搅匀
  • 5.准备好40克黑凉粉
  • 6.锅中烧开水,水约1000ML
  • 7.用80克清水将凉粉调成较稀的糊
  • 8.将凉粉糊倒入开水中,一边倒一边用勺子不断搅拌
  • 9.煮至稠状后倒入碗中晾凉后,放入冰箱冰冻1个小时
  • 10.准备好葡萄干及蜜豆
  • 11.将冰冻好的凉粉切小块
  • 12.加入晾凉后的奶茶、葡萄干及蜜豆
  • 13.加入一汤匙炼奶,搅匀即可
