Steps to make 五花肉豆角焖面

  • 1.带皮五花肉清洗干净,切2公分厚;
  • 2.豆角和辣椒清洗干净;
  • 3.鲜面条准备好,这个4人量的;
  • 4.炒锅加热,倒少许油,将大蒜瓣、姜丝、八角、五花肉入锅,中火煸炒至肉块全部变色;
  • 5.倒料酒去腥,再撒盐、倒酱油上色;
  • 6.倒3大碗水,大火煮开后转中小火,焖炖15分钟;
  • 7.炖肉时将豆角撅寸段,辣椒切细长丝,大蒜剁碎;
  • 8.将豆角倒入肉锅里,混合均匀;
  • 9.炒锅上放蒸屉,将面条抖散放在蒸屉里,中火焖炖10分钟;这种下煮上蒸的锅省能源;没有这样的炒锅,可另起热蒸锅放面条蒸10分钟;
  • 10.移开蒸屉,稍晾晾,将7、8分熟的面条抖散,非常有弹性;
  • 11.将五花肉豆角中的汤汁盛出半碗,面条均匀地铺撒在菜肉表面,不要翻动,中小火焖炖10分钟;
  • 12.用筷子将面条挑散,倒入辣椒丝,盛出来的半碗汤均匀地淋在面条上,撒上大蒜末,淋少许米醋,用筷子和铲子相互配合,混合均匀即可食用。
