牛奶鸡蛋煮芡实
潮汕东凤芡实在7、8已经进入了丰收期。一颗小小的、圆圆的,煮熟了后糯糯的,家里孩子特别喜欢吃!刚好这个周六家里面包吃完了,早餐就来吃一个牛奶鸡蛋芡实吧!

Steps to make 牛奶鸡蛋煮芡实

  • 1.第一步,先把所有的食材注备好。
  • 2.第二步,把新鲜芡实清洗干净,放在一个干净的碟子里。洗干净的芡实小小的,圆圆的,是不是很可爱!
  • 3.第三步,砂锅放入一碗半左右的水,煮开。
  • 4.第四步,水开放入新鲜芡实,撇去浮沫。新鲜芡实很容易煮熟的,水开后煮3、5分钟就基本煮熟啦!如果只是不放鸡蛋,单纯芡实白糖,这时撒上白糖就可以开吃了。但家里孩子正在长身体,又是早餐,所以我就再加入牛奶鸡蛋了。
  • 5.第五步,火开最小,打一个鸡蛋到芡实里,把白糖也放进去,轻轻搅拌,再煮开1分钟,鸡蛋鸡蛋基本也熟啦。
  • 6.最后,关火再导入一盒牛奶,美味又营养的鸡蛋牛奶芡实就做好啦!
  • 7.圆圆糯糯的,特别好吃!
