Steps to make 红豆沙馅

  • 1.红豆提前一夜泡好
  • 2.锅内加入适量的水,煮熟红豆,煮到用铲子轻轻一压就成红豆沙的状态就可以了
  • 3.煮好的红豆用铲子压成泥,加入白糖炒匀
  • 4.分次加入玉米油,每次都要炒至与红豆沙完全融合
  • 5.加入适量的面粉炒匀
  • 6.炒至豆沙馅不粘锅以后就可以了
  • 7..炒好的豆沙,晾凉后放冰箱冷冻保存,用的时候提前拿出来解冻就可以了
