东北的黏豆包
粘豆包。冬季吃的比较多些,因为外边冷保存的时间长。市场里的小贩子们,用面袋子装的冻粘豆包。一般都是10元钱三斤,超市比较贵些了。比较一下差不多的质量。还是自己做的吃着可口也卫生,制作也简单,用粘玉米粉,做的口感也很好。如果没有粘玉米粉,可以糯米粉替代了。老式的粘豆,做法一定要发酵。本菜谱制作简单不用发酵。一样的好吃Q弹滑爽。

  • 1.加温水和面,拌到无干粉
  • 2.揉合成为面团,保湿松弛半个小时。
  • 3.分成小面胚
  • 4.取一个面胚,用手按压成皮,包豆沙馅
  • 5.用手把面推上来
  • 6.包好豆包在手里团几下,这样更园一些
  • 7.笼屉里边铺上玉米叶子
  • 8.放锅里开大火蒸15分钟,
  • 9.分享,沾白糖或者油煎一下更香甜
