  • 腰果50克

  • 香油15毫升
  • 4克
  • 鲜酱油25毫升

Steps to make 荠菜肉松腰果

  • 1.荠菜摘洗干净,备好豆干
  • 2.锅内水开后先下入豆干煮开后捞起
  • 3.再把荠菜下入加入2克盐再一次烧开后捞起控水
  • 4.把荠菜和豆干分别切碎后放入碗中加入盐拌匀
  • 5.加入香油拌匀
  • 6.加入鲜酱油拌匀
  • 7.备好腰果和肉松
  • 8.冷锅冷油下入腰果
  • 9.等油温升高腰果变色后捞起
  • 10.等腰果变凉发脆后压成碎粒,不要太碎、先把荠菜装入碗中再把肉松和腰果加入,拌匀即可享用
