Steps to make 酥油饼

  • 1.准备一个光滑的盆,放入300g面粉、如图酵母粉、一个鸡蛋、2瓷勺油,一勺白糖促进发酵。
  • 2.用45度温牛奶搅拌,搅成图中絮状就可以上手和面了。(温水也行,牛奶更香)
  • 3.揉成团后一直揉到表面光滑为止,重新放入盆中盖上盖子醒面。
  • 4.待面团涨成两倍大,有蜂窝网状纤维,就可以制作饼了。
  • 5.将面团等分,大小可以自己定,按成饼状,稍微擀面杖擀圆,表面涂抹一点生油。再放一会就可以入电饼铛烤制了。(再放一会儿的原因是经过一揉搓面饼又收缩发紧了,自然放置蓬松一点更好烤制)
  • 6.烤制之后香喷喷还带层次的油酥饼就好啦,热着吃和凉了都能吃。
