    Steps to make 双皮奶

    • 1.材料:纯牛奶、白糖、鸡蛋、蜜豆、草莓
    • 2.牛奶倒入锅中煮热,但不能煮开。
    • 3.趁热倒在碗里,不久牛奶表层结出奶皮。
    • 4.用筷子将奶皮刺穿,缓缓地将碗里的奶倒出,留少许奶液防止奶皮粘底。
    • 5.鸡蛋打散取蛋白,加入2勺白糖搅匀。
    • 6.蛋液倒入牛奶中搅匀。
    • 7.用筛网过滤,去除表面的泡沫、气泡。
    • 8.再延碗边慢慢倒回原来的碗里,奶皮慢慢地浮起。
    • 9.包上保鲜膜入蒸锅,大火蒸10分钟,关火再焖2-3分钟即可。
    • 10.取出后依个人口味加入蜜豆、莲子、水果类食用。
