  • 全麦面粉200g
  • 甜菜根80g
  • 椰蓉50g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 挂耳咖啡10g*1片
  • 黄油30g(面团用)
  • 砂糖30克
  • 酵母3克
  • 食盐3克
  • 黄油25g(椰蓉馅料用)

Steps to make 原创 | 天然色素椰蓉花朵面包

  • 1.将甜菜根削皮,放入搅拌器;
  • 2.加入少量清水打成甜菜汁备用;
  • 3.将全麦面粉放入盆中,分别在两个角落加入酵母和食盐;
  • 4.把甜菜汁少量多次加入面粉,边加边搅拌揉合;
  • 5.提前隔水融化好黄油;
  • 6.加入面团需要的黄油用量;
  • 7.将面团揉合光滑,盖保鲜膜进行发酵;
  • 8.在黄油中加入一个全蛋和适量白砂糖并搅拌均匀;
  • 9.然后倒入椰蓉粉,加入适量牛奶,使得椰蓉膨胀,并将椰蓉馅搅拌均匀;
  • 10.面团发酵至中间戳洞不会缩即可;
  • 11.将面团取出在案板上搓成圆柱状;
  • 12.分成大小均匀的小面团待用,大小请根据自己的烤盘;
  • 13.将小圆球压扁擀圆;
  • 14.中间放入椰蓉馅;
  • 15.向上收口后,翻转使得收口向下;
  • 16.再次擀扁,但这次擀为长型;
  • 17.用面刀在中间切3条,注意两头不要切断;
  • 18.卷起来并在两头左右旋转一下;
  • 19.捏住两头180°平行收口;
  • 20.逐个制作后,放入烤盘;烤箱200度预热5分钟;
  • 21.180度上下火烤至25分钟左右就可以了,取出放凉;(具体火力和烤制时间请根据各自的烤箱调整)
