红枣桂圆乌鸡竹荪汤

Steps to make 红枣桂圆乌鸡竹荪汤

  • 1.竹荪加入少许盐用清水泡发20分钟泡发好后切去头尾挤干水份备用。
  • 2. 姜一半切丝一半切片。
  • 3. 红枣,桂圆干,枸杞洗净。
  • 4.乌鸡洗净斩件后放入锅里,加入水,姜丝,料酒,花椒粒焯水,水滚开后煮2分钟即可。
  • 5.焯好水的乌鸡冲洗干净重新放入锅里,加入姜片和花椒粒。
  • 6.一次性加入足量的水。
  • 7.加入桂圆干。
  • 8.加入红枣。
  • 9. 大火滚开后转小火煮20分钟。
  • 10. 加入枸杞煮10分钟。
  • 11.最后放入挤干水的竹荪再煮15分钟即可。
  • 12.出锅前按照自家口味加入少许盐调味。
  • 13.一碗红枣桂圆乌鸡竹荪汤就完成了。
