中秋预热——广式绿豆沙月饼

Steps to make 中秋预热——广式绿豆沙月饼

  • 1.准备材料;
  • 2.在盛色拉油的盆里加入转化糖浆和枧水,用打蛋器搅打均匀;
  • 3.筛入奶粉和中粉;
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀将面粉拌匀、成为一个稍微粘手的软面团,表面覆盖保鲜膜,冰箱冷藏松弛2小时;
  • 5.松弛过后的面团变得更柔软、更有延展性,将面团分割成15克/个的小球,绿豆沙馅每个35克;
  • 6.烤箱200度预热,用饼皮将馅包住,模子里沾一层粉,磕出,将包好的月饼球压成月饼坯子,烤盘垫锡纸,将压好的月饼坯依次排好;
  • 7.入烤箱烤5分钟定型,取出,在月饼表面刷一层过滤后的蛋液,重新入烤箱烤15分钟,待表面变金黄出炉;
  • 8.这是刚出炉的,皮有点硬,感觉颜色也没有很润、很油亮是吧:)
  • 9.不要紧,咱找个盒子密封起来,等它自个儿回回油,就既好看又好吃啦;
