    • 1.口蘑。洗净,去掉尾巴。用厨房用纸吸了吸水。

    • 3.把肉馅填到口蘑的碗里。
    • 4.平底锅放少许油,把蘑菇放进去,盖上盖儿,小火煎。
    • 5.我的肉有点多,煎了八分钟。不会糊的,蘑菇自己会出水,肉馅熟了,蘑菇就好了。喜欢有颜色,放了些生抽,出锅。
    • 6.成品图。弄些颜色,黄瓜和红椒粒。可以放个香菜叶。蘑菇变好吃了。
