  • 橄榄油15g
  • 高筋面粉240g

Steps to make 火龙果豆沙吐司

  • 1.火龙果汁、鸡蛋、橄榄油放入面包机内胆中,对角放入盐和糖。
  • 2.放入高筋面粉和奶粉,酵母埋在面粉中,启动两个和面程序,程序结束,能拉出薄而韧性的手套膜。
  • 3.揉好的面团取出,滚圆放干净容器中发酵。
  • 4.自己炒制的桂花豆沙晾凉。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.取出排气揉匀,分成3份。
  • 7.擀成牛舌状,卷起,饧发10分钟。
  • 8.再次擀长。
  • 9.放上豆沙馅。
  • 10.卷起。
  • 11.全部做好,放到吐司模具中,盖湿布发酵(天气热,就室温发酵了)。
  • 12.发酵到八、九分满的吐司胚刷上一层蛋黄液。
  • 13.放入预热好的烤箱中,中下层,上下火175度,35分钟。
  • 14.烤好的吐司脱模,侧放晾凉后切片密封。
