酸奶酱狭鳕鱼三明治
忙碌一周,周末就喜欢睡个懒觉,起来弄个早午餐,全家人慢慢享用,很是美好。之前囤了一大盒狭鳕鱼条,用它做三明治、汉堡或者直接吃都很棒。这回做的开放式三明治,很简单。先用全麦果干黑面包铺底,抹一层牛油果泥,再来一层自制酸奶酱,摆放煎成金黄色的狭鳕鱼条,一份儿周末的brunch就搞定了。
狭鳕鱼的肉质鲜美,口感紧实,大人和孩子都特别喜欢吃。
说起狭鳕,其实大家应该不会陌生,一般叫它明太鱼。狭鳕属于深海鱼类。狭鳕个体较小,含油量很低,肉质纤维比较粗,不宜烹饪时间过长。它最大的特点是低脂高蛋白,每100g狭鳕鱼含有17g蛋白质,每100g狭鳕鱼脂肪含量仅仅1g,健身瘦身人士食用再合适不过了。狭鳕鱼同时也含有不饱和脂肪酸,每100g狭鳕鱼含400毫克omega-3不饱和脂肪酸,就是我们熟悉的DHA和EPA,也非常适合儿童和老人食用。
我用的这盒狭鳕鱼条,已经做了预处理,裹好了面包糠,大小合适,平时冷冻保存,随用随取,特别方便。同样,它也是获得MSC认证的狭鳕鱼,在捕捞过程中,避免对海洋环境的破坏,也减少了对其他物种的影响。选择带有MSC小蓝鱼标识的海产品,能很好得保护海洋资源,放心食用。

Steps to make 酸奶酱狭鳕鱼三明治

  • 1.准备所需食材。
  • 2.将狭鳕鱼条从冰箱冷冻室取出,无需解冻,中小火煎至两面金黄色。
  • 3.蒜泥、酸黄瓜丁、盐、黑胡椒,与酸奶混合均匀即为酸奶酱。
  • 4.牛油果加柠檬汁捣成泥备用。
  • 5.面包切片。
  • 6.先抹一层牛油果泥。
  • 7.再抹一层酸奶酱。
  • 8.最后摆放煎好的狭鳕鱼条即可。
