Steps to make 茴香软饼

  • 1.100克茴香去根洗净,取30克茴香叶切碎(叶杆部分太硬,可留作包饺子、做茴香烙饼用)。
  • 2.200克雪花粉、2克盐,少量多次加入500克清水,搅拌均匀成没有面疙瘩的稀糊状(稀酸奶状)。
  • 3.将切碎的茴香叶放入面糊中,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.平顶锅喷薄油,舀入一勺稀面糊,旋转均匀摊平。
  • 5.开小火慢煎,煎至两面微黄即可。
  • 6.这里的用量煎了6张饼,可以用来卷菜吃。
