Steps to make 酱炒肉丝

  • 1.主料:猪里脊肉。
  • 2.把猪里脊肉斜切成肉丝 。
  • 3.加少许盐、胡椒粉、料酒拌匀腌渍5分钟 。
  • 4.加水淀粉反复抓匀上浆。
  • 5.热锅凉油,放入上浆的肉丝滑炒变色。
  • 6.盛出备用。
  • 7. 锅留底油,炒香葱姜,再放入豆瓣酱。
  • 8. 再加适量甜面酱。
  • 9.小火炒出酱香味。
  • 10. 放入备用的肉丝 。
  • 11. 翻炒均匀,即可关火。
  • 12.出锅装盘,即可上桌品味。
