蓝莓慕斯蛋糕
昨天是咱家三宝大人的生日,这家伙居然生在大暑的节气,每年最热的时候过生日!咱的心意还是要表达的,送款蛋糕吧!裱花蛋糕是做不好了,天气太热,奶油容易融化,不过慕斯蛋糕就很适合,冰冰凉凉的,味道又好!我喜欢可可味道的,不会特别的甜,点缀几颗新鲜的蓝莓,还不错吧!

  • 海绵蛋糕1个(6寸)
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 牛奶180g
  • 可可粉1大勺
  • 细砂糖30g
  • 吉士丁片2片
  • 吉士丁粉2小勺
  • 45g
  • 可可粉1/2小勺
  • 糖粉1小勺

Steps to make 蓝莓慕斯蛋糕

  • 1.将2片吉士丁片放入100g牛奶里面泡软
  • 2.然后隔水加热,不断搅拌,直到吉士丁都融化了
  • 3.在另一个小碗里面放入1大勺可可粉和80g的牛奶和10g细砂糖,也隔着热水搅拌溶解。然后将刚才融化的牛奶吉士丁液倒入里面,混合均匀,放凉备用!
  • 4.将淡奶油装入大不锈钢碗里,加入20g的细砂糖
  • 5.隔冰水用电动打蛋器打到6成发,出现明显的纹路即可
  • 6.将放凉的可可牛奶液倒入淡奶油里面,混合均匀,就制作好慕斯液了!
  • 7.将提前烤好的6寸海绵蛋糕,剖成3片,取2片剪掉1小圈,大约0.8厘米。
  • 8.将剪好的蛋糕片放在6寸活底模具里面,再倒入一半的慕斯液
  • 9.接着放入第二片蛋糕片,再倒入全部的慕斯液!然后放冰箱冷藏起来
  • 10.冷藏一个小时以后,取出,点缀上蓝莓
  • 11.将一个小碗里面加入45g的水,2小时吉士丁粉,泡上几分钟后,再放入微波炉加热20秒使其融化.然后再放凉一点(制作镜面胶)
  • 12.稍微放凉后,倒在蛋糕上面,然后放回冰箱再冷藏2个小时就制作好了!
