  • 低粉90克
  • 玉米油50克
  • 牛奶80克
  • 香橙8片

Steps to make 【香橙草莓蛋糕卷】

  • 1.选好新鲜香橙
  • 2.挑好草莓
  • 3.香橙切薄片
  • 4.放入白砂糖,进行糖渍,煮熟至橙子皮半透明
  • 5.将糖渍后的橙子片,吸干水分,平铺在油纸,放在电烤箱的烤盘上面
  • 6.蛋黄和蛋清分离,加入低粉、玉米油和牛奶,和成面糊
  • 7.打发蛋清,分三次加入白砂糖,将蛋清湿性打发
  • 8.将打发的蛋白和蛋黄糊,分三次切拌均匀
  • 9.再将拌好的面糊,倒入烤盘,在桌上震动几下,将气泡震出
  • 10.放入烤箱,烘烤三十分钟,上下火,出炉
  • 11.在烘烤期间,讲草莓切碎
  • 12.把红豆馅和草莓粒涂在蛋糕上,趁热卷制成蛋糕卷
  • 13.成品完成
