  • 1.准备材料,蔓越莓干切成碎
  • 2.鸡蛋清与燕麦片混合均匀
  • 3.黄油、细砂糖用蛋抽搅拌均匀,无需打发,筛入低筋面粉和苏打粉,用刮刀稍微搅拌
  • 4.加入切碎的蔓越莓干
  • 5.放入混合好的燕麦蛋清
  • 6.用刮刀将材料拌匀
  • 7.取大约12克左右的面团揉圆,在烤盘上压扁,越薄越好
