蓝莓果酱小酥饼
周末做给孩子的小零食,搭配的馅料是蓝莓果酱,蓝莓果酱是一个国内无添加蓝莓果酱的品牌,用的是无农药无催熟剂的蓝莓制成的无添加果酱,老人孩子都可以放心吃。酸甜可口,健胃消食,易消化易吸收,还能促进食欲。

Steps to make 蓝莓果酱小酥饼

  • 1.准备中筋粉150g,低筋粉100g,分别过筛装入两个容器。
  • 2.150g中筋粉加入色拉油50g,糖粉30g,加温水70g和成面团,100g低粉加入50g色拉油和成油酥,盖上保鲜膜饧着。这次没有使用黄油,因为冬天天气冷,黄油很快就会凝固,面团比较硬不好用,所以改用色拉油,烤出来颜色没有黄油漂亮,也没有黄油香,不过口感差不多。
  • 3.饧好的面团取出来,油皮和油酥都均匀的分成7个剂子,油皮每个剂子约43g,油酥每个剂子约21g。取一个油皮,按压薄一点,包上一个油酥,封好口,压扁。相同的方法将所有的油皮都包上酥皮。
  • 4.取一个面团从中间向两边擀成饼,由上往下卷起来。因为用的是色拉油,面团很软,好用,不用饧,然后直接将卷好的面卷横过来,再从中间向两端擀成饼,再从上往下卷起来,依此类推,卷好所有的面团。全部做好,盖上保鲜膜饧10分钟。
  • 5.取一个面团,用筷子在面团的中间压一下,然后按平,擀圆包上蓝莓果酱,不要放太多果酱,果酱有点稀,容易渗漏。
  • 6.全部包好后,码入烤盘。
  • 7.烤箱190度上下火预热,中层烤10分钟。取出来用蓝莓果酱点缀一下,这一步可以省略,因为出炉后发现不怎么好看,也改变不了了。再入烤箱烤15分钟。合计烤了25分钟。
  • 8.出炉装盘,一碰就碎,咬一口直掉渣,太好吃了,孩子们特别喜欢。
