  • 1.处理好的木耳切块。
  • 2.黄瓜打一下外皮,要外皮处理不干净的样子,切块。
  • 3.切红椒,所有食材放一起。
  • 4.把鸡胸肉整齐的部分切片。
  • 5.放碗里放食盐。
  • 6.放生抽。
  • 7.抓匀腌制10分钟。
  • 8.放淀粉抓匀。
  • 9.热锅冷油。
  • 10.油热放鸡肉。
  • 11.两面煎金黄色。
  • 12.蛹铲子分成小块,放锅边沥油。
  • 13.大蒜处理干净放食盐和鸡精。
  • 14.捣成蒜泥放白醋。
  • 15.拌匀。
  • 16.把鸡肉放黄瓜里,放蒜泥。
  • 17.拌匀即可。
  • 18.成品。
