烤馒头
馒头经常蒸着吃,今天下午心血来潮就想烤着吃,可做着做着就做成了面包形状,烤出来后看上去更像小法棍,于是这让我在名字上纠结了半天,最后还是坚持了我的初衷,呵呵!
烤制的馒头味道很香甜,口感非常筋道,有嚼劲,作为零食或早餐还是不错的!

  • 普通面粉250g
  • 酵母3g
  • 30g
  • 温水130g
  • 食用碱面0.5g

Steps to make 烤馒头

  • 1.盆中放入面粉250g、糖30g、酵母3g、食用碱面0.5g(不喜欢碱味的可以忽略),将其搅拌均匀
  • 2.倒入130g温水和成面团放置10分钟后,再将面团揉至光滑
  • 3.将面团分成30g左右的面剂子(大小自己喜欢就行)
  • 4.擀成长方形,下面边缘擀薄一点
  • 5.由上往下卷起
  • 6.卷好后收口向下放
  • 7.依次做好后放置于烤盘中(之间要有间隙)
  • 8.烤箱打倒发酵功能,同时放一碗开水增加湿度,进行发酵,大概30分钟左右
  • 9.发酵好后取出,烤之前进行喷水
  • 10.烤箱上下火170度预热,将烤盘放置于烤箱中层烤制25分钟左右
  • 11.烤好取出,放凉后即可享用了!
