干豆角炖板鸭

  • 干辣椒10克

Steps to make 干豆角炖板鸭

  • 1.干豆角用水泡软。
  • 2.切成小段。
  • 3.板鸭斩块加少许酱油,葱姜,五香粉。
  • 4.拌匀腌制30分钟。
  • 5.热锅下油,下放入板鸭翻炒。
  • 6.炒出鸭油。
  • 7.再加入葱姜,干辣椒,八角,酱油,盐,水大火烧开。
  • 8.转小火盖盖炖45分钟。
  • 9.最后加入泡好的干豆角炖20分钟出锅前加美极鲜调味即可。
