枸杞老姜羊肉汤
羊肉是公认的冬季防寒温补的美味肉类之一,在冬日时食用可收到进补和防寒的双重效果。在中医古方中就有当归老姜羊肉汤,但在南方用当归会较为燥热,因此换上养肝明目、补肾益精且性味平和的枸杞子,使这个汤更清润醇和适合于南方寒冷时饮用,有益气养血、养肝明目之功,且男女老少皆宜。

  • 黄酒70毫升

  • 1.材料;
  • 2.枸杞稍浸泡;
  • 3.羊肉放沸水中加入醋汆水;
  • 4.再洗净沥干;
  • 5.老姜不去皮,拍裂;
  • 6.起油镬爆香姜块;
  • 7.下羊肉拌炒片刻;
  • 8.与枸杞子起下汤锅,加水2000毫升,加入黄酒;
  • 9.大火烧开后转小火煲2小时;
  • 10.最后下盐就可以喝了。
