手工小花面包
今天这款面包是名副其实的手工面包,和面机热天发脾气了,闹罢工,只能用手揉面,真是好辛苦。看起来真要准备入一台面包机了,希望能抽到一台面包机。

  • 白糖52g
  • 鸡蛋90g
  • 奶粉10g
  • 牛奶60ml
  • 3g
  • 酵母粉4g
  • 黄油25g

Steps to make 手工小花面包

  • 1.称量好所有的食材.
  • 2.将主料菜单中的所有食材混合。(黄油先不放)
  • 3.用手和成均匀的面团,静置20分钟。
  • 4.加入软化的黄油继续用手揉面。揉了40分钟。好辛苦哦。
  • 5.揉出筋膜。虽然没有和面机揉的好,但我真的尽力了。
  • 6.发酵至两倍大。
  • 7.将面团排气。然后分成70、60、40、20克的小面团各2个,松弛10分钟。
  • 8.取一份小面团,擀成圆片,用刀轻轻的分压出6份。
  • 9.将第一刀切开,然后沿着划好的印切开,不要切断。
  • 10.然后反方向折过去,呈六角形。
  • 11.放入烤盘,进行第二次发酵。
  • 12.发酵好的面包坯,刷一层蛋液,撒一层西瓜子仁。
  • 13.烤箱预热180°,上下火,中层。12分钟左右即可。
  • 14.纯手工制作的小花面包,特别的美味。
