Steps to make 【一键式鲜奶蔓越莓吐司】

  • 1. 将面包桶的搅拌片安装好, 首先在面包桶中加入蛋清和牛奶;
  • 2.加入面粉,盐,糖,黄油。尽量用干粉将液体完全盖住,盐和糖分别放在两个不同的角落;
  • 3.将面包桶放入面包机中,拧紧底部;
  • 4.将酵母粉和蔓越莓干分别放在果料盒和酵母盒中;
  • 5.选择“超级和风”程序,重量为750g,烧色为浅色,全程工作时间大约为3小时45分。启动程序,面包机的液晶屏上会闪烁显示倒数计时,表示该程序剩下的制作时间;
  • 6.搅拌的十分带劲儿的小面团,哈哈;
  • 7.中间搅拌完成后,按下暂停键,取少许面团出来,检查一下拉膜程度。这一步也可以省略;
  • 8.等待面包机工作结束,机器会发出警告音;
  • 9.带上隔热手套,取出面包桶,在台面上轻震几下,然后扣出面包,放在晾网上,晾凉后密封保存。
