面包布丁
每次看见两个傻高个吐司,我既喜且忧。喜的是,俩傻高个长势喜人;忧的是,我家没那么多人来消灭它们。毕竟是自己做的吐司,没放添加剂,柔软剂,防腐剂等等。不敢和市面上放多久都还是软软哒的面包相比,几天之后,它的口感就没当初那么柔软了。
有剩米饭,剩面条,自然也有剩面包。剩面包咋解决?以前我总愁,不过现在不怕啦,用剩面包烤面包布丁,味道真是美极了。而且做法也简单,几岁娃娃也能分分钟搞定!
制作这道【面包布丁】的材料也很寻常,牛奶,鸡蛋,葡萄干,砂糖。。。咱们家里应该都有。至于烹饪技巧也没啥讲究的,包你一看就会!

  • 葡萄干50g
  • 砂糖2小勺
  • 糖霜1/3小勺

Steps to make 面包布丁

  • 1.备好食材:纯牛奶,鸡蛋;葡萄干用清水浸泡片刻;
  • 2.面包撕碎,放在烘焙碗里;
  • 3.放入挤干水分的葡萄干;
  • 4.将牛奶,鸡蛋,砂糖混合,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.将牛奶混合物倒入面包块里;
  • 6.烤箱通电,上下火170度预热;
  • 7.将烘焙碗放入烤箱中层,烘烤30分钟;
  • 8.程序结束后,取出烘焙碗;筛入糖霜即可。
