【创意家常菜】——年宴菜~~孔雀开屏
金针菇和松花蛋的组合搭配,
看起来很漂亮,
取名孔雀开屏,
年宴饭的时候做,
还是比较不错的哦!!

  • 1.胡萝卜、黄瓜、青尖椒洗干净。
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮后擦成丝备用。
  • 3.黄瓜擦成丝备用。
  • 4.青尖椒切丝备用。
  • 5.大蒜切碎备用。
  • 6.金针菇洗干净后在沸水中焯30秒,然后马上捞出放入凉水中过下凉!这里亲们,切记一定要时间短点哦!我是一边数数,一边看着火候,时间长的话,金针菇就老了不爽口了!!
  • 7.将过好凉的金针菇用手攥去水分,放入大碗中备用将青尖椒切成小条,胡萝卜、黄瓜擦成丝,大蒜切碎一同放入碗中。
  • 8.放适量食盐、醋、味达美酱油、糖、鸡精、香油,拌匀即可。
  • 9.松花蛋去皮后,用细线分成四份,用细线分割要比用刀切好的多,因为蛋黄比较黏会粘在刀上的,用细线就不会啦。
  • 10.分割好的松花蛋放入醋中泡制一会,这样能去除它的碱味,吃的时候就不会涩口啦。
  • 11.最后就是将拌好的金针菇装盘,松花蛋摆盘就完成啦。
