    • 1.辣白菜切丝。
    • 2.年糕用水冲洗一会,比较好撕开,用冷水泡浸泡3—5分钟。
    • 3.马苏里拉芝士解冻,没有用芝士片也可以。
    • 4.适量韩式辣酱加水稀释。
    • 5.平底锅烧热,倒入油,先放入泡菜翻炒,再放入年糕、韩式辣酱和适量水翻炒均匀。
    • 6.当汤汁变得浓稠时,放入马苏里拉芝士,关火,盖盖,闷5分钟至奶酪融化。
