  • 2.打出的胡萝卜汁泥非常细腻漂亮
  • 3.打一个鸡蛋 ,倒入胡萝卜汁泥和一匙白糖搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入面粉【普通面粉即可】,过不过筛随你喜欢不是做烘焙 不过也是可以
  • 5.搅拌均匀 让面粉无颗粒状
  • 6.少许油润下锅底,勺一勺糊倒入摊开。小火煎不粘锅稍后可以中火摇锅煎熟
  • 7.翻面煎熟即可
  • 8.煎好后稍晾凉 切片上盘
  • 9.闽南人传统习俗在端午节俗称五月五也是要做这个的,除了吃粽子就是这个了这个是为了纪念女娲娘娘采石补天传说煎【甜de】帮忙补天【ps闽南雨多,所以有此习俗】
