Steps to make 养生米粥火锅

  • 1.猪大骨洗净斩块放入砂锅中加入葱段,姜片。
  • 2.清水大火烧开撇去浮沫。
  • 3.盖盖转小火炖2个小时。
  • 4.泰国香米提前浸泡30分钟。
  • 5.再加入熬好的大骨汤煮45分钟。
  • 6.倒入火锅中,加入大枣,这样锅底就制作好了。
  • 7.把适量的芝麻酱放入碗中加少许盐和适量的水把芝麻酱懈开,再加适量的香油拌匀。
  • 8.葱、姜、香菜分别切末。
  • 9.另取一个碗加入适量的芝麻酱,豆腐乳,辣椒油,葱姜末,香菜末拌匀,这样蘸料就做好了。
  • 10.肉丸盛入盘中。
  • 11.八代哨洗净切段放入盘中。
  • 12.油豆皮切条放入盘中。
  • 13.牛肉切片。
  • 14.羊肉切片。
  • 15.娃娃菜洗净放入盘中。
  • 16.对虾洗净放入盘中。
  • 17.百叶切条放入盘中。
  • 18.毛肚洗净放入盘中。
  • 19.蘑菇洗净放入盘中。
  • 20.吃的时候先涮海鲜再涮肉,然后再涮菌类,和蔬菜。
