Steps to make 盐烤鳗鱼

  • 1.将鳗鱼洗净放入盘中,倒入米酒,盐,黑胡椒,腌制15分钟左右。
  • 2.将腌好的鳗鱼放在厨房用纸上吸干。
  • 3.将鳗鱼放在烤架上,皮朝下,下面垫上用锡纸包裹的烤盘。
  • 4.烤箱预热100度,正反面各烤5分钟左右。
  • 5.烤箱调整至200度,正反面各烤10分钟。
  • 6.最后将鱼皮朝下再考5分钟即可。
